Shipping and Returns
There is a 15% restocking charge for all items returned. Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. Engines that have been filled with gas or oil are not eligible for return. Please contact us to request an RGA before returning any products.
Express Shipments (FedEx 2 Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and USPS Priority Mail)
Orders placed on Mon-Fri before 11:30 AM Central Time will ship the same day. If an order is received later than 11:30 AM, please call us at 319-656-2894 to confirm the day your order will ship.
We are not legally able to ship Honda engines to anywhere outside of the US. All engines must be shipped to a US address.
Items with free shipping are free to the continental 48 United States only. We do not ship to P.O. addresses.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
If you would like Signature Confirmation service, please indicate so in order notes and we will include this service at no additional cost.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Non-expedited ground shipments to Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illiinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, and parts of Missouri and Nebraska will most likely be delivered by SpeeDee delivery.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect package contents for damage that may have occured during shipment and report it. Once you have determined that the products shipped to you were damaged, you need to notify us and the carrier (ie. UPS, FedEx, or SpeeDee, etc.) within 5 days. If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) immediately within those 5 days. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier. Most trucking companies will only deal with the receiver in cases of damaged goods.
Please DO NOT ship the product back to us without contacting us first and receiving an RGA number and all the important instructions.
Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this will need to be reported to us and the carrier within 5 days of receiving the product. Once you have informed us (and the carrier) with this information we will send you complete instructions on how we will be taking care of the damaged goods. We wish to take care of you and get your damaged product replaced as soon as possible.
If you decide to cancel your order before your item is shipped we will refund your order minus a 3% transaction fee.
